At the national level
FLICT works with our partner Ministry the Ministry of National Languages and Social Integration (MNLSI)
At the local level
FLICT works with the piloting District Secretariats of Badulla, Ampara, Galle and Puttlam. As well as the Government Agent Offices (GA) of these districts.
And Community Based Organizations and other social institutions in the selected piloting districts.
At the International level
FLICT works are supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)
FLICT has continuously received strong support from numerous donors since its inception in 2003. The GIZ-FLICT project is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). In the past the European Union (EU) also contributed to our project financially.
