Networking

As an organisation that works with civil society, FLICT often urges its partners to work together to achieve an integrated impact. Not only does successful networking require time and commitment to a shared cause, it also requires thorough planning, smooth coordination and persistence in the face of obstacles.

FLICT has continuously tried to create spaces and platforms for its partners to come together and learn from each other and find synergies that will benefit the beneficiaries of their projects. Some of these events are:

Partner Exchange Program, 2 – 4 November 2009 in Badulla - Passara
