Expected Outcomes:
  1. Peaceful coexistence between Tamil and Muslim communities in the target villages
  2. 100 trained youths from multi ethnic communities for self employment 3.100 women leaders for social activities
  3. Increased capacities of the community leaders to solve the problems at the local level itself by the community people
  4. Independently functioning sustainable CBO to ensure peaceful coexistence and social development
