Expected Outcomes:
  1.1. Prevailing understanding smooth relationship among the state sector and civil societies consequently. Most development programmes and projects developing process designed with the participation of state agencies and the community
  1.2 establishment of stakeholders co ordination and supervision with governing bodies that promotes structural improvement
  2.1. Emerging community involvement to public affairs and increased grass root participation through empowerment.
  2.2. Effective community structures formed and actively functioning on their own with little facilitation.
  3.1. Will be developed village development plans with maximum participatory manner.
  3.2. VDP aim at will being brought about specific changes in the overall physical and economical situation
  3.3. Community groups have developed creative potential self responsibly prominent document owned by the community and shared with the top level district administration and donor community.
