Reporting requirements and formats

Once a project is approved FLICT advocates a systematic approach to project management. This includes project planning and fine tuning activities, implementation and proper monitoring. FLICT is as interested in the processes of the project as much as the final outcome. Thus, FLICT partners will be required to undertake certain exercises such as self-analysis, compilation of baseline data, collective and periodic evaluations as the project progresses. 

Timely submission of activity plans, quarterly programme and financial reporting and submission of a final report are mandatory in working with FLICT. Formats required for these are available in all the three languages.
