CCPI Consultant Pool

FLICT is committed to support partners to develop their capacities in conflict transformation and organizational development. As part of its strategy of local capacity building FLICT conducted 3 training programmes for a pool of by now over 50 regional consultants to be certified and available for our partners and others. The selected persons followed a training program on Coaching for Conflict Transformation and Peace Building Initiatives (CCPI). The training programme consisted of the following modules

  • Introduction to the Art of Conflict Transformation & Introduction to Coaching: Context, Theory, Practice
  • Introduction to the Art of Conflict Transformation & Introduction to Coaching: Context, Theory, Practice
  • Introduction to Coaching: Context, Theory, Practice & Self Analysis
  • Advanced & Applied Conflict Transformation
  • Conflict Sensitivity
  • Designing Peace building Projects
  • Result base monitoring of peace building projects

    Current Status & Consultants

    Three batches of trainees from a cross-section of organizations and professions have completed the seven module program and are now available as resource persons in the regions. Moreover a pool of trainers both local and international has been established. The consultants are listed in a directory and made known to partner organizations and other CSOs, NGOs and INGOs for support services. They are in a good position to coach partner organisations coherently in analysing conflicts, designing initiatives, conducting evaluations etc. Other international and national CSOs have also benefited from these experts and can further request their services.


    The trained consultants developed their skills in:

  • Facilitating self analysis of organizations
  • Facilitating conflict analysis in their areas of work
  • Designing and evaluating peace and conflict transformation projects
  • Assisting in proposal preparation
