Progress Report Format

These documents are also available at the FLICT office.
Reports should not exceed 5 pages (without annexes). When preparing Progress Report please refer to the approved proposal.
General Information: (Refer to cover sheet in proposal)

- Project title
- Project location (target areas)
- Implementation period and reporting period
- Total budget approved by FLICT, amount received and amount utilised
- Signature of person responsible, date and place
1. Project Background and Identified Problems
Is there a need to update the initial conflict analysis of your proposal?
Briefly describe any negative or positive changes relevant to the project.
2. Expected Changes (Impact), Indicators and Means of Verification (Refer to the matrix in original proposal)

- What have you already achieved on the way to your expected impact? (For example: What use have the target groups made of immediate project output(services / products)? Are there already any changes in your conflict environment that can be attributed to your project?)

- Can you anticipate or observe unintended negative impacts caused by the implementation of your project?
- Have you observed unintended positive changes resulting from your project? Where have you been positively surprised?

Where do you see internal weaknesses in your own project implementation? Do you need capacity building? In which area?
Which external developments could have or have already a negative impact on your project and put its success at risk? What can be done to change this situation?
6. Sustainability
Revisit methods proposed to ensure institutional and financial sustainability of your project Are these methods still realistic? Any new ideas?
7. Monitoring and Evaluation:
