About our approach
Our overall objective:
FLICT supports representatives from the state and civil society to improve their understanding of social integration and inclusive citizen participation and support them to put it into action in selected areas of the country.
Our methodology:
FLICT works on all levels of society, with state and non state actors who have different capacity levels, needs and strategies. The support provided by FLICT incorporates different methods such as subject specific technical advisory, capacity development, facilitation of dialogues/ decision making processes, support to implementation and evaluation of social integration activities which are carried out by selected different actors. FLICT supports the relevant actors in nationwide promotion of social integration with view of bringing the approach and relevance of social integration to the people and help make it a popular movement.
