FLICT Partner Day 2007

The Partners Day is an annual FLICT event that provides space for FLICT partners and stakeholders to network, share experiences and raise common issues. Representatives from the FLICT Donor Group and the Steering Committee were also present to create an opportunity for our partners to interact with them directly.
The 3rd Partner Day was held at Hotel Amaya Hills, Kandy, from September 23rd, 2.00 p.m. till September 25th 6.00 p.m. The event was a valuable networking opportunity for FLICT partners and a platform to showcase their efforts. As before the exhibition arranged by the partners was central to the event.
Around 50 international participants from Africa, Central America and Asia attended the workshop on Transforming Security and Development in an Unequal World, joined the FLICT partners on the 25th of September. We believe that it was a beneficial learning experience for all.
75 partner organizations attended the programme. The next Partner Day is scheduled to be held from the 19th - 21st October
